Her extensive experience as a published author and award-winning writer uniquely positions her to understand the challenges that writers face, from conceptualization to publication.

In addition to her role at Zoba's Facilities Limited, Dr. Fletcher is dedicated to humanitarian efforts. As a United Nations Eminent Ambassador of Peace and Reconciliation, she actively works to promote dialogue and understanding among diverse communities. Her role as an Ambassador of Culture and Human Rights highlights her commitment to advocating for social justice, ensuring that voices from all backgrounds are heard and respected.

Dr. Fletcher's influence extends into the realm of sustainable development. She serves as the Country Chair of the G100 Mission Million SDG Wing in Nigeria, focusing on advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This position allows her to collaborate with various stakeholders in promoting initiatives that uplift women and youth within the business sector, particularly in the context of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Through the establishment of Zoba's Enterprise Development Limited, Dr. Fletcher has further expanded her impact by providing essential support to entrepreneurs. Her expertise as an AfCFTA Policy and Market Development Expert enables her to guide businesses in navigating the complexities of intra-African trade, ensuring that they can thrive in a competitive marketplace.
